Most comments mentioned were positive, however, she raised issues of others commenting that I had a no-nonsense style, and at times, could be intimidating. | One of the engineer's told me that Buster Blaster was being pressured by GE HR to select a female candidate for the open Project Engineer position. The only female in the dept. is Buster's secretary. No other manager on site has a "dedicated" secretary - not even <<REDACTED>> who runs the place. |

| The GE Disability phones me and said the last doctor's statement (dated 10-23-08) and not been received into their office until 10-30-08 and then miss-filed. She indicated she saw where my doctor had released me for "sedentary duties" which meant as of 10-30-08, I could go back to work, and by the way, I will need to pay back the Disability Center for the over-payment as a result. | | First of all, the Medical Request form dated 10-23-08 was FAXED, not mailed to GE Disability, so it DID not get received on 10-30-08 as stated. It was clear Sedgwick and GE were working in conjunction to retaliate against me during my recuperation. |
| I contacted GE -HR and advised, doctor HAS NOT cleared me to return to work. I still have pins sticking out of the ends of my toes for gosh sake! She states that GE has no "work from home" policy and that if my doctor says I can perform sedentary duties, that's what my job mostly entails. | | I point out to GE HR that within the Corporate Supply Chain group, there are several MALES that work out of their home full-time with NO DISABILITY. |
| GE Disability Center continues to argue that my disability payments should have stopped effective 10-30-08 | | GE HR calls back around this time and says that I will go back on active payroll effective 10-30-08 (heavy sigh) but it creates a real mess as far as figuring out how much I was overpaid and getting it all straightened out between the Disability Center and the site. (Another heavy sigh). I don't believe I got another paycheck for the same amount after that. Oh - and yes, I am now permitted to work from home.... |

Saw a memo she circulated with the GE Women's Network before she left with her home address and personal email address.. I sent an email off to her, wishing her my support and sharing some of my current issues at work. | | |
| Return early from medical leave due to pressures from the HR Czar and Bonnie Hatchet. I have been kept under tremendous stress throughout this whole period. I sent off another integrity concern in late November - hoping it would get the bullies to back off. | I was contacted by Buster Blaster's boss advising that he was assigned to investigate the multiple integrity concerns raised on behalf of ours site by a corporate compliance person since none of us want to use this GE process any longer. It tends to kill the messenger. He wishes to meet with me on Tuesday the 3rd of March to discuss Blaster's non-compliance activities and see what he can do to help. Later I met with Gidget and Billy Bad at the bar. Billy Bad told us that the HR Czar was trying to cover her ass because she had failed to investigate an incident months before when one of the guys in the shop was cornered in the restroom by Cujo and threatened. Cujo had also chased and threatened the guy who empties our dumpsters around Christmas and <<REDACTED>>knew. The HR Czar was now trying to burn <<REDACTED>> to take the heat off of herself for not dealing with Cujo. Gidget said to both Bad and me (about the 5th time I've heard her say the same thing) that she told Bonnie Hatchet that if ANYTHING ever happens to her out of the ordinary (meaning she dies under weird circumstances) she has documented incidents reported to HR and her boys know HR has done nothing to stop Cujo so her sons WILL OWN GE. | | Never got to keep my appointment with Buster's boss. | Meeting called over at Puppet's site. She and the HR Czar accused me of posting a psycho suicidal blog on some web-site pertaining to Lorene Schaefer. It was posted under a pseudonym but I was told the personal information pointed straight to me. I asked if I could see it. I read through a portion of it. Some of the text contained in it was almost verbatim to what I had written to Lorene, the rest was fabrication or common knowledge. I conveyed to them that I hadn't written this and stated I felt this was just another ploy by GE to retaliate against me for the Charge of Discrimination I had lodged. In fact, the timing coincided with the OCRC investigation moving to an on-site vist. Was told to turn over badge and key fob and take a FFD psych exam that had been scheduled for me by GE. | | I complied as I was told this was a condition of employment. I was told I could not step foot back on GE property until cleared or I would be arrested. This violated federal law in sending me for a mandatory fitness for duty which was not related to performance at work. |
| Friends from work were calling and texting, stating my computer had been seized, my office padlocked, my colleagues and staff were under a gag order by the HR Czar not to talk to me or about me; off duty police were posted at both sites 24/7. The instruction they were given was to arrest a female employee should she come onto the property. They were told this female employee had made a direct threat against the company and had sent emails threatening to kill people. | | This served to frighten my witnesses. (I don't think the HR Czar had the authority to revoke their First Amendment rights under the Constitution either) Any reasonable person would have been frightened by the action they took against me. It made no difference that my witnesses were protected by law. So far, GE was proving that they were "above" the law. Besides, GE has a WHOLE BUNCH of lawyers who specialize in Sarbanes-Oxley litigation... |
| Drove to Cincinnati to be evaluated by Dr. Scott Bressler (PhD.) and Dr. Brian Masterson (M.D. Psychiatry) for FFD. GE had de-briefed them and was picking up the tab, so I am sure there was no BIAS. Took a few written tests, then a video-taped interview was conducted for several hours by these doctors. I was told anything that I said was NOT confidential, and that they represented GE - not me. I communicated to them that the allegations and forced FFD test was simply retaliation due to an open charge of discrimination; and that I had not written the blog. They asked me to take a polygraph test. Their interview consisted of badgering me at points, twisting my words around, and had nothing to do with the ability for me to function at work. They were relentless in trying to make me look like I was paranoid, delusional, or suicidal. None of which was true. They became visibly frustrated when I didn't answer the questions the way that they wanted me to answer. At one point Dr. Masterson asked why I wanted to punish GE? I said I didn't. He asked then why was I filing a lawsuit against them. This was clearly an abuse of psychiatry which violates the ethics of the APA. | | By the end of the session I asked what their expert medical opinion was. They admitted I was NOT dangerous to myself or others, and that they saw no active depression. Then they started trying to negotiate a severance for me on behalf of GE!! I spent 8 hrs there and was mentally drained and exhausted and in tears during the last portion of it. They SO much wanted to break me. Said that they would get with HR and have the evaluation summary to them, with a copy to me in just a couple of days. |
