"Killing the Claimant with Sedgwick Kindness"

The Diana Jordan Story

Ms. Jordan is in the process of suing both Sedgwick and SBC Plan Administrator/SNET Plan Administrator and alleging that they have acted under a conflict of interest and have placed their interest before the plan participant.  They wrongfully denied her Short and Long Term Disability in clear violation of the terms of the plan.  In addition they acted under a conflict of interest because they failed to conduct a fair, impartial and substantial weight review, in ignoring Ms. Jordan’s medical evidence.
